Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

A full refund will be issued if the order has not been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, a courier charge of ₹100 will be deducted.

Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests, regardless of the reason, must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged Product Refunds

Refund claims due to damaged products must be supported with clear images and videos.

Refunds will be processed only after verification and confirmation from our team.

Refunds for RTO (Return to Origin)

For refunds requested against RTO shipments, courier charges will be deducted.

If the RTO occurred due to the courier’s fault, a full refund will be provided.

Unshipped/Undelivered Orders

If an order is not shipped or delivered, refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order.

Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.

Non-Receipt of Delivered Orders

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the complaint must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

Complaints raised after this period cannot be investigated.

Returns will be accepted only in cases of damaged, missing, or wrong products.

No returns will be accepted for any other reason.

Images of the shipment with the AWB number clearly visible
