Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

    • A full refund will be issued if the order has not been dispatched.

    • If the order has already been dispatched, a courier charge of ₹100 will be deducted.

  2. Refund Request Timeline

    • All refund requests, regardless of the reason, must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

  3. Damaged Product Refunds

    • Refund claims due to damaged products must be supported with clear images and videos.

    • Refunds will be processed only after verification and confirmation from our team.

  4. Refunds for RTO (Return to Origin)

    • For refunds requested against RTO shipments, courier charges will be deducted.

    • If the RTO occurred due to the courier’s fault, a full refund will be provided.

  5. Unshipped/Undelivered Orders

    • If an order is not shipped or delivered, refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order.

    • Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.

  6. Non-Receipt of Delivered Orders

    • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the complaint must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

    • Complaints raised after this period cannot be investigated.


Return Policy

  1. Eligible Returns

    • Returns will be accepted only in cases of damaged, missing, or wrong products.

    • No returns will be accepted for any other reason.

  2. Wrong/Damaged/Missing Products

    • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Proof required includes:

      • Images of the shipment with the AWB number clearly visible

      • Images of the products received inside the shipment

    • The final decision will be taken by our team after investigation.

  3. Exceptional Cases

    • In rare or exceptional cases, returns may be considered at our discretion.

    • The final decision will rest with our team after investigation.
