Our whole leaf , super fine Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is one of the less processed types of tea. It therefore contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols when compared to the regular , pouch based semi powder green teas. Infact the more the whitish color of the leaf (Popularly called tips), the finer is the quality.

Put 1 teaspoon of Whole Leaf Green Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk. Add sugar, honey or lemon for taste
